PLZ TELL ME WHAT IS MANDATORY TO FILL IN GSTR 1 IF I DEAL IN PROVIDING RENTING SERVICE.

GSTR-01 is the registration form under GST. If you are renting immovable property for residential purpose, you need not get registered since it is an exempt service and suppliers of expemt goods or services need not register. However, if you have rented or leased out the immovable property for commercial purpose, then the regular threshold limit of Rs.20 Lakh (Rs.10 Lakh in case of specific states) is applicable. Therefore in this case, as long as your rental income does not exceed Rs. 20 Lakh, you need not register.
