gst return for compostion scheme

Dear sir
my gst ma composition delar h mujha 27 sep. ko gst no mila. then jab july to sep. ka return gstr4 jaa rahaa tha to mara return desh bord update nahi tha jo ab july to sep. show ho raha h 750 penalty show ho raha h.please guide me.

last date of q2 gst return filing for gstr4 was 24 december. you have to pay late fees of 50/- per day from due date to filing date. plz pay fees and file return otherwise it keep increasing @ 50/- per day upto 5000/-. Again you are late for q3 gstr4 return also. last date was 18 january 2018

I think your late fees is calculated from the date your dashboard is updated, because late fees of 750/- is not calculated from 24 december. if it is calculated from due date then it will come to Rs 1700/- upto 27 january (34 day @ 50/- per day). it will be better to file late fee otherwise it will keep increasing.
