How to downloding GSTR1 & GSTR3B for filling return please advise me.

If data is more then 500 line item then download offline utility
go to download tab in gst.gov.in
and download the excel utility
If data is less then 500 line item then
login to gstin portal and go to return dashboard
and select the month and year
