Hi can i file now GSTR1 of Nov17. as by mistake it is not filled.... as offline utility is not making Nov 17 return. how can i file it.
one more query. can i file GSTR9 even if my GSTR1 is pending??

you could file gstr 1 for Nov 2017. without filing gstr1 you couldn't file gstr 9 for that ay
