Repeat Question

what minimum kind of precaution one should taken while filling return of match 19 3b ? 1) Should be check gstr1 of 17-18 2) should be check all 3b of 17-18 3) Differences gst with suppliers of 17-18  4) should be check all 3b of 18-19 till February      & All the differences  Add or Less in March 19 ...... am i right ??
