Any one can file on behalf of Registered Person.
Any restrictions in that person.
No such restriction, as per my view
No restriction such as only GSTP should file. anyone can file. CGST rules say even if GSTP files the taxpayer is only responsible for furnishing returns.
There are no restrictions on who can file a GST Return.
Any Circular or any notification supported by your above suggestions.please send me.
