An individual in UP takes trucks on retal basis from bihar and then rents those trucks in Bihar, will it be under renting services or transportation of goods?? Whethr he will take registration in Bihar or UP?? Note : individual has all identification documents of UP.

Individual is FRom UP he has taken gst regn in UP but he does transportation of goods business in bihar
we can take registration in Up. but it is RCM applicable for transportion business. hence no need to pay tax.
rent for vehicle regular taxes applicable.(IGst). it is receivable. ie inputs.
