Gst Registrations
if a Rajasthan based company, having only one office in India and single bank account from which all the transactions are made, is providing various construction services like ofc laying services work contracts etc in multi states in India, should have to apply for GST in each state separately or not, or company can issue a invoice with IGST ??

apply for registration for the particular state from services will be provided ... rajasthan based company having branch at delhi so have to register at delhi also ...
and yes billing with igst
if company should have to register at Delhi, than why billing IGST , it should charge cgst and sgst with Delhi gstin....
