gst registration with rent agreement on family member name
I want to register GST on my Mother's name but we are living in rented house and rent agreement is on my name. I want register with house address as I want sell my product on e-commerce website. can I register with this document or do I need any other documents of registration?

As rental agreement is in your name, you can't apply gst on your mother's name.
you can do so by taking noc from landlord. if you want you can also include her name in agreement
