gst registration urgent suggetion required

hello experts i have one client who want gst registration and his shop owner his father and electricity bill r on his father name so I give him noc and told him to type it on 50 rupees stamp paper and notary this stamp paper so m i right or only normal paper noc with signature is OK for gst documsnts
