GST REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT.

If we have only export sales and turnover of which is below the threshold limit.

Is GST registration required in this case?

Yes, Sec 24 of GST Act make its mandatory to have registration if there is inter-state supply.

In your case since there is export sales, it is mandatory to get registration irrespective of turnover.

yes it is compulsory required to register under gst

I should have mentioned export services, I suppose as per latest amendment service providers affect interstate sales with in the limit of threshold and GST registration is not required for service providers in this case.

Yes.if it is service and with in the limit then it is not required to register.
