I am a minor service provider, I provide services like financial planning and website development in very small scale using my own name website (no business name), do I need to register myself for GST?

in cartain conditions gst registrartion is must 

if turn over more than 2000000/-

tcs or tds  deducted 

deal with  service which is under resverve charge

sale out of state

i mention basic conditons there may be more than this also

for gst registration

State is not confirmed because its just a startup and I haven't made even 1000 in month..
