gst registration related
sir, I had a rental shop but I don't have rent agreement I received only monthly rent payment receipt. could I get registration with rent receipts. please confirm me.

Sir. Rental agreement is must for GST Registration and also your business needs..
no they are issuing show cause notice and gives you another chance to submit valid documents. For Rental shop, first you check electricity bill in your name. If electricity bill is in the name of landlord then you must upload Rent Agreement followed by You landlord's Electricity bill. Only uploading for Rent Agreement will also lead for show cause notice. If you do not have Rent Agreement, draft it in a plain paper, sign from your land lord and upload that followed by landlords electricity bill.
