I want consent letter & light bill but GST Portal allows only 100 kb file amd one file how can I upload consent letter (2 pages on stamp paper ) & light bill plz help me.

download photo compress from Android through that you can compress and upload your files

If you are a Tenant consent letter will be enough. If you are a owner of the building electricity bill is enough. No need for both
