I applied for cancellation for GST registration on 01/05/2018 w.e.f.01/04/2018 as The value of taxable was below 20L in PY. Now as on 1st Oct 2018 it is still under process. Since the application i.e. from May I stapped submitting GST returns as I stopped charging GST on my invoices.
My management is now asking to withraw the cancellation request.
What is the remady available?
