GST Registration PAN Mismatch
While registering gst PAN registered State is different from place of business State, what state should be selected?

But Sector/Circle/Ward/Charge/Unit also Commissioner Code/Division Code/Range Code will be different than to the PAN registered State. Will it be ok? Revenue of which state will be considered?
