While creating new user id with service tax provisional ID, at the step 2(OTP creation) we are getting an error message as "OTP is not generated. Kindly click on Continue to regenerate OTP". Even after click on continue button we are getting the same message. We contacted GST helpline, but no use. Please help us.
I checked with 3-4 mobile nos and mail id...but same error showing
i m facing the same issue. did u find any solution to that?
try with any other browser, this might help with the issue.....
