Kindly guide for GST registration Limit for food corner, whether one can avail 40 Lakh limit , before apply for GST or mandatory need to apply at the starting phase?

40 lakh limit can be availed but once it cross 40 lakh gstn number is mandatory and after taking gstn you have to pay tax even 1 RS you have earned...
For services, the threshold limit is 20lacs. Only for goods, the limit is 40 lacs. Registration can be applied once you cross 20lacs. Not required to register at the start
