I am a broker. I take brokerage or commission from the manufacturers and traders for selling their goods. But I don't purchase the goods actually. Invoice is issued by manufacturer or dealer directly in name of actual purchaser and goods are sent to purchaser directly. I don't receive goods on consignment.
Shall I require to get register under gst compulsorily as an agent or not?
