I am a broker. I take brokerage or commission from the manufacturers and traders for selling their goods. But I don't purchase the goods actually. Invoice is issued by manufacturer or dealer directly in name of actual purchaser and goods are sent to purchaser directly. I don't receive goods on consignment.
Shall I require to get register under gst compulsorily as an agent or not?

Yes if your turnover is above the threshold limit which is 20 lakh then you are compulsory to register in GST regime.
