we have already gst registration in telangana.now we have recevied on contarct in maharasgtra state. we will execution project in maharashtra .my question is we will have to register in maharashtra or we
will do business through our telangana gst number....plz suggest

Depends on the type of service you are providing
thanks u sir ....we are giving order to subcontractor to construction to building and erraction cc cemeras civil work...
If you are providing pure labour services then no need to take registration.
But if your service involves purchase of material then take registration to take benefit of itc.
