section 8 doesnt require to add pvt ltmited or limitef as per companies act....so i guess others is gst also
section 8 companies are not allowed to add pvt ltd ke ltd with their name ever
section 8 Co. will not charge any gst over it's member , the purpose for which it is created. but he may be required to pay gst if he make any transaction with outsider and result of it if increase it's turnover 10 or 20 laks then only he hi required for registration
