gst registration for sole proprietorship

Hi, I am setting up a sole proprietorship and am planning to register on GSTN.

What are the documents required? Can my PAN number be used for the proprietorship as well?
Do I need to open a bank account first or can it be done later?

You can choose voluntary option and get registration.

Required Documents...

1. Photo

2. Rental Agreement, Property tax receipt & EB receipt (If rented Premises)

3. Bank Details and Statement or Cancelled Cheque

4. Aadhaar, Mobile No & Email ID

5. PAN Card
