Under one Company's name we are developing Residential project as well as SEZ project.
We have already registered Residential project under GST and received provisional Registration No.also.
As per GST Rule Sez project we have to have separate registation .
Now we are trying to do another registration for SEZ, but we are unable do any registration online now.
Please advise how to do another registeration for SEZ Project.

The current GST portal is not allowing more than one registration for the same PAN. Even if your projects are different the company and its PAN are same.
