gst registration for interstate sales
Can u plz me...if i am a unregistered supplier belong from state other than special category and aggregate turnover is <20 lakh and i do interstate sales...is it necessary to get registered in gst??

yes you have to register under gst
Yes for Interstate supply you need to get registered yourself althought turnpver is <20 lacs
Any person making any interstate taxable supply u/s 24(i) of GST Act is required to register.
it's mandatory as per sec 24 of cgst,2017
