You need to get registered as Casual taxable person on GST portal.
If your going to make supplies in Exhibition then needs to obtain Casual Taxable person

& And as per section 25 , needs to apply 5 day prior to the commencement of Business.
If you are not going to any sale exhibition then goods can be transfer on challan & no need to take any registration thereon
**not going to do any sale in Exhibition
