Gst registration as proprietor (service & sales)

Am Software and Hardware solution provider . also buy old scrap part from corporates.

Since corporate requesting for GST Invoice, I tried registrering online. 

Have some few queries on the checklist of docs required.

1. I dont have any company/ business name . Can i register in my name. I have a pan and bank account. 

2. Address proof for Business Premises - Am doing this from my home only. Since I dont have any business name, Can i submit any house address proof ( Aadhar ) in my name. Will it suffice.
