Sir / Madam

Am Software and Hardware solution provider . also buy old scrap part from corporates.

Since corporate requesting for GST Invoice, I tried registrering online.

Have some few queries on the checklist of docs required.

1. I dont have any company/ business name . Can i register in my name. I have a pan and bank account.

2. Address proof for Business Premises - Am doing this from my home only. Since I dont have any business name, Can i submit any house address proof ( Aadhar ) in my name. Will it suffice.

yes they only ask trade name for that no proof required you can give your trade name as Hari electronic service for second one you have your municipality tax paid receipt that is enough

@ K Hariharan It would be wise to not get into GST unless your Turnover is more than 20L.

Have a client whose purchaser demanded for GST REG. And once he complied, they finished off the business with him.

Just my opinion sir.
