Gst registration applicability on rent to other state comp

Hi,

Is GST registration applicable to a person who let out his property for usage of a company whose regitered office is in a different state?

Say, property is at Hyderabad, rented to a company where rental payment will be paid from head office, Delhi; Rent is 30K and the person has no other services or business. Person's location is also Hyderabad.

Kindly clarify.
