sir my brother want to start packer and movers service in name of indigo packer and movers is thear any problem using name of indigo plz help me

Yes as there's is one indigo packer and movers Pvt limited in new Delhi

No specific restrictions on use of name under the CGST Act. You can use any tradename for GST registration.
