and sale.....
1.can I apply as composite dealer
2.then I m in which slave of tax to pay govt AGAINST SALE

u should apply to regular gst number

You can take Reqular GST Number or otherwise You can take an option of Composition as per your turnover below ₹ 1.5Crore.
