I have two business in same state running from same place. i want to get gst registration for one business only can i get it or it is mandatory to register both the businesses. Business are run under the same name but the name can be changed but pan will be same and the place. the turnover of both the business does not exceed 20 lakhs.
Once Registered in GST, All transactions are covered under GST (under Same PAN ), even it is different business vertical,
New Provision was amended in 01/02/2019, You can avail two separate GSTIN in same state with condition of Place of Business should be different.
@ SARAVANA KUMAR . can you tell me the section which say tht gst covers all transactions done through the same pan?
