Is rent agreement notarized compulsory for gst registration in premises address proof.

There is no condition as such in GST Registration Rules that you need to notarize the rent agreement. But if the officer sought clarification or demanding you may have to give.
Rent agreement need not be notarized.
it is not compulsory in that case you can upload the consent letter of premises owner along with there electricity bill
