Gst registration

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a query. If an individual person will register for Proprietorship firm and provide residential address as his "own house". Is it acceptable: & related to own house if he is having only sale deed and the khata not yet transferred. So in property tax receipt the name of the owner reflecting as old owner. Shall we accept that document for address proof?

Please advise.
