I have a 2 business entity;
One is Hotel Business
Second is Works Contract
I'm a Proprietor I already taken for GSTIN Hotel Business then this GSTIN addition to Works contract or Another taken GST registration?

Yes you can apply separate gst registration for both business.

You have 2 options Sir :
1). Take Separate Registration for both the business Verticals.
2). Since you are already Registered and possesse a valid GSTIN for your Hotel Business, you can use the same GSTIN for Works Contract provided that it should be in the same State.
Refer SECTION 22 and 25 of CGST Act 2017 for reference.
