gst registration
if an individual is providing services in his own name and also a proprietor of firm which is registered under GST . whether seperate GST registration is required for providing services in individual name as trade name is different in both the cases?

Single registration in a state, if both businesses provide same service and are subject to same risks and returns or else separate registration.
if an individual has 2 businesses in one state no need to get 2 GST numbers but if individual doing 2 vertical lines of business(which means two different businesses) in a same state he has an option to get 2 GST numbers.. not madatorly apply for 2 registrations only option is given under GST act
