i m involved transportation business nd our trucks attached with GTA transporter i have received freight from GTA service transporter upto 50 lack i have request to you please guide to ne about GST registration compulsory to me or not

No , your services are Exempted as per notification 12/2017 CT (r) So no need to take Registration
