GST REGISTRATION

Registration: As per provision of section 23(2) – Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), a person having multiple business verticals in a State may obtain a separate registration for each business vertical, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. Hence, it is not obligatory but optional to register each of the business vertical of a business in a state.
