Sir,

 

 Clint Operating  Business  in Andhra Pradesh  "Garlic  -0703 Nll Rated & Ginger -0910110 Nill Rated Goods ".

 Client  Paid Agriculture Market Cess ,while  goods  transporting from supplier/former  to  his  Business Place.

That time AMC Staff asking GST  Number.

Now clinent to be register under GST.

Which option is best (Composition or Regular schme ) .

Please give suggestion.

Section 10(2)[b] he is not engaged in making any supply of goods which are not leviable to tax under this Act;
If you are making only non taxable supplies., Composition gst registration not posible.

You can apply regular type gst registration.
