Whether a person dealing in goods on which tax rate is 0%,, having turnover is liable for registration under GST.

No need to get register under GST Act if you deal exclusively in tax free goods.

Yes.. I agreed to Mr Parv Kumar.,

If you deal only exempted or/and Nil rated goods then no need registration under GST...
