Can a person register as Sole proprietor in GST registration if his Bank current a/c of business shows 2 holder name (himself and his relative) Does the officer raise any issues regarding the same to register as partnership ?

Good query.......... Yes, because current accounts are for business entity.......Unless you have specified yourself as the only proprietor to the account in the records of bank.
