Our office is located in Mohali punjab.GST registration is taken in Chandigarh for same. please confirm if same is correct.

You have to take the registration in Punjab and Mohali comes under Punjab border
gst registration is state wise, you have to mentioned the current principal place of business
We have to obtain registration according to the principal place of business.
