 can I use Jan dhan account for GST Registration?

Yes u can 

subject to pan card and adhar card and address of firm

is correct given

Yes...

You can use the "Jan Dhan Account" as your bank details.

Also you can use it your address proof if Address is Correct  in in Bank Pass book...
