if it's sole proprietorship u can do with individual pan

while applying registration legal name is asking.... should give individual name for that? we can't get legal name instead of individual name?

in part A give name as per pan itself n in part B give Ur business name

Use your name as per PAN in above said column and PAN name as PAN holder's name.
Trade name is your firm name....
You enter your name as per PAN the registration is also complete 50%....
