Hi All, We have two shop in same city with Different Name but Business Activity Same also Proprietor. in this case proprietor need to take Single GSTN No or Two GSTN No. Kindly Advice.

as per sec 25(2) of CGST act 2017 mention of a single registration. A person may be granted a separate registration for each business vertical. Single GSTN no Will be enough

So we don't need to take seprate registration for the seprate business..?

No need to take separate registration...you can add as a additional business place.

but name is different & business activity is same. i will proivde Same GSTN No to Vendor they will raise invoice Same GSTN No but Different Name of Shop.
