मोबाइल रिचार्ज करने वाला व्यापारी को gst में रजिस्ट्रेशन ज़रूरी है या नही । मोबाइल कंपनी उसे 2.5% का रिचार्ज पर कमीशन देती है ।यानी 100000 का बैलेंस देकर 97500 लेती है ।
ऐसी सूरत में दुकानदार तो सिर्फ कमीशन पर काम करता है और टैक्स कंपनी जमा कराती है ,
अब व्यापारी को gst नंबर लेना होगा या नही उसका कमीशन टर्नओवर सालाना 80000 भी नही होगा जबकि बैलेंस रिचार्ज 3700000 का हो जाएगा ।

In your case Turnover is taken as the total commission you receive from the company.
