GST registration

no , under gst only one registration is provided in one state , so if a person has 3 businesses  then he should add the other as additional place of business. and .In case of diiferent business vertical within same state one has option to take separate registration.

 

Proprietors are different for each firm....but only issue is that all firms are operated from one office

if proprietors are different for each firm but place is same then it can be done 3 registration for gst for each proprietors. you can show them as 1 st floor 2nd floor.... business . Logic as in pause area many business operate in one building then each businessman have gst registered I m not ca but a ca student is it right

gst is PAN based registration thus if the firms are registered under existing law under different PAN thn as per my opinion one should get gst registration under each PAN.

Firms are not registered under existing law...they are going for whole new registration under gst
