Gst registration

Sir/ma'am...not able to migrate (Service Tax Reg.) to gst as it is showing "rc cancelled" and also not getting new provisional ID & password from GST mitra portal....contacted them regularly from the past 22 days and still gets the same reply "you will get new provisional ID". now i just want to ask that if i gets new registration instead of migration , will it create any problem in future and if not, then what will happen to my Service tax number....and also i have no input credit???
