What will be the legal name "Legal Name of the Business (As mentioned in PAN)" if it is "Sole Prorietorship" ?
Is the Trade name same as Legal Name if the entity has only one name

Legal name will be the name on the PAN.Trade name will be the name of the business.
As Propreitorship uses propreitors PAN, as per your reply Legal name will be propreitors name??
