Gst registration
1) What is the procedure and exemption for enrollment under GST law for "Local Cable operators", who are registered under Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 ?
2) He didn't get any provisional Id for enrolling into GST regime, and also not having digital signature certificate, how they can registered into GST regime ?
3) Whether there is any notification for enrollment of 'Local cable operators' into GST regime ?

"Taxable Service" means any service provided or to be provided to any person, to any person, by a cable operator including a multisystem operator in relation to cable services;
(Section 65 (105) (zs) of the Finance Act, 1994) as its under Finance Act then you have to register under GST and if there is no DSC then please use E-Signature verification if he has proprietor ship firm.
What is the procedure for migration into GST for entertainment tax payer (in my case, Cable operator) ? what will be the rate charged under GST regime ?
