gst registration
currently we have dealership of tractors new Holland.... we want expansion we are looking for selling rotavator.. should we apply for new gst registration or we can continue with same firm and gstin

As per Section 25 of the CGST Act a person having separate business verticals will be registered separately. Hence if your expansion involves having separate business vertical then new registration will be required.
As far as possible have only one registration in each state as compliances are very high.
