an assessee is centrally registered in Delhi under ST and operating from Delhi and Haryana. he got himself migrated in Delhi GST as he got provisional id and pin from them. but what about Haryana does he need a separate provisional id from Haryana tax dept. or he needs to file for fresh registration in Haryana?
